The Galleria Building has been approved to sell or lease space and therefore, all of our leases have a standard clause with an option to buy.
Our leases do not pass through real estate taxes or insurance and common area maintenance is capped at 5% of your usable square feet. Utilities are separately metered and we require only one month security deposit.
Utilities are separately metered and we estimate your condominium association operating for assessment to be 15 cents p.s.f. per month for office space or for retail space. We estimate your condominium association capital fund assessment to be 2.50 cents p.s.f. per month for office space or for retail space.
